Well its been a while since i last had a big proper post… and i know ive been missed
so what has SGM been up to?
well saving lives on placement for a month, even though it did finish a good 3 weeks ago i have been doign that. also has exams… so been studying for them and doing the actualy exams.

since thats been done (well and during) been out at teh local haunt… otherwise known as the garage so good times there.

i just realised that i have put a lovly brisk what ive been upto in like 2 secs… nice.

also seen the da vinci code. And i realise people fuss to much. Cause if you have people who argue a case through that film/book…. well then here is a good one for you…

if what is said there is real. then so is DIE HARD! think about it….. wouldnt that be great. also you can say the da vinci code had its history and semi facts… well die hard has Bruce Willis! and also Die hard 2 had planes. and 3 had Samual L Jackson.. but that one never took place at christmas!

I told to listen to the kooks, which are actualy ok, they dont even touch on VR or anythign but theyll do.

Oh i found some lego stuff that Cheezy will like. And mrsben will also appreciate.

man its like one of the few PS1 games i will always stand by. the others being Final Fantsay 7 8 and 9 and hogs of war… you gotta love that game.

unlike the recored version, when they play this live they put in the added solo which is pretty nice.

the title has nothing to do with what im going onto discuss

so i was thinking about my post about axl rose… and i noticed who also commented on the post… yes i know mrben did…. but also there was DINOMAN. so then i thought some more. and relised.

jimmy is doing an axl rose! execpt its not been 13 years since his last post… although it feels like it.

why does dr mikey think this… well i have a few reasons.

1) they are both egotistical bum cheeks. Axl and his “God’s N’ Roses” and jimmy with his “im gonna rule the world you mofo’s”

2) the sudden reappearences of them both. both have been out the public eye, working on their “masterpieces” raking up huge bills… and to appear in public again must mean the end is nigh on the work and they are ready to roll.

3) When asked about CD axl said itll be “something new” and with a sound “more like queen than GnR of old” which im scard of, but might work out.

jimmy on the other hand when i askd him about his comeback post he said, “i need to get rhythm” but also added… “Im coming back from the dead, 2 pops to your head, re-writing the history books, showing u how this stuff** should be done”… he had some crappy rap rhyming going on… but we can cope with that… well you’s better.

**(ed note, personaly i would use s**t, goes with the rhythm better)

ok there are some quick points on to why i think axl and dinoman are using the same tactic in the posting front.

in an interveiw with Supergingerman (yes i do interview myself), it was also revealed he may have a time scale on this.
when asked his reply was. “i havent seen it or know its content, but i think itll be out in a few weeks maybe a month…” so excting news there by the Unplanned in Uptight:Unplanned.

On the rumours that the U:U may be splitting Dinoman had this to say…. “Supergingerman needs Dinoman like fat kid love cake”

Supergingerman also comment on this, but when we told him of the rumours he laffed so hard that the only words that could be understood was “those retards”

on thursday night
me and mr doug decided to go to the SECC for a little gig of VELET REVOLVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
omf god it was so amazing.

first there was this band, the only thing i remember is that they had an oriental bassist.
then there was this other band who where alright…

but then….

they came on…

first it was duff with his bass
then came dave
and matt
then the star of the show…………… SLASH!!!!!!!!!!!

then scott came hes cool

it was sooooooooo cool, i was like crushed by like big guys for the first few songs.
but when slash did his first solo it was like 3 feet from me i was like ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

slash is like the coolest guy ever, he even mouths what his guitar plays… “wha wha wha whaaaaaaaaa”
he commands the stage like its his to own.
duf made me love bassist, dave is cool, matt drummed and had a hat on.
scott was surpringly very good, found a new love for him.
it just got better and better too many ways to descirbe this feeling, so ill explain more of mine and dougs adventures when i can.

ok well last night was a party at the gows…

and i had fun gow was walking about being all uptight as expected really, his love interest never turned up (poor boy) i drank a bit (just a little bit) too much.

well it was really good. i made some person cry twice by doing nothing and stopping causing a scene.

so Michael 2 - 0 mad crazy person who doesnt take hint 0

on a side note:
she should really learn to take a hint, i should get a sign that just says LEAVE ME ALONE! maybe that might work…. but she never got it when i ran the length of the house to talk to nikto about physics. i think ill be making that sign then.

ok back to the matter at hand.
well i remeber most of the night, but ive like lost a 2 hour spell in my memory, s if anyone wants to tell me what i did. please do.

the night got really fun when i soberd a little bit and me and the renwick where on a couch singing. Soooo much fun. we peed off the gow so much he was trying to chuck us from his house at 6pm. but really i thought our singing was good.
“i need some love……..” :D

anyway now im watching the kerrang rock 100 which will last for like 7 hours but i can only watch it till 8ish as i need to go out. oh well i do Know the results and its really good

well after the whole retrojunk things. i thought what else do i need.. then it hit me…

the, MIGHTY MORPHING POWER RANGERS theme.
now i har you all thinking, “omg what is he thinking” but the MMPR where such a big thing back in the day, and the original is such the best out of the lot. and the theme is played buckethead so cool points there.

so i went about tryn to find this theme. and its impossible to find… so if you find just the audio, and not just some shitty ringtone… i will owe you a pint.
that and the spongebob theme is well i want that lol

but anyway if you do find anyone of these i will be really gratefull, and a pint will be bought for you.

ok well you have your semi cool guitars, fender and stuff

but if you want the true hard rocking experience, you need a Gibson… more precisely a Gibson Les Paul yassssssssss

well i was playing on today at Acadamy of Music off great western road.

£1500 or so les pauls they have and ooooo they sound nice and look so sweet.
so i spent about an hour stroking one that i liked… this one

shame about the price. and that i cant steal it, but oh well i need to have dreams dont i?

last night, me, the cheezo and big noely went (no not to the gay bar, thats just cheeze ;)) to see Electirc 6
omg it was great! even though i got all coverd in bruises and beer. the 2 supporting bands where pretty good, one was a random bunch of nice folk. then there was Hoggboy who where realy good, i liked them
then the main act came on…. and they where amazing. then a big mosh pit formd wiht me in the middleish so i had fun pushing around in that. then the beer came flying down….
but the songs where done to perfection. startd off with naked pics of your mother.. and included all the faves, GAY BAR and radio ga ga….. was such a good night
but my ears are still ringing from it and it was 24 hours ago. oh well its hard being a rocker….

and can i say happy birthday Richie, the drummer from Hoggboy. who we had to sing happy birthday to twice

ok some music awards have been and gone, but i forgot all about the grammys till last night when i randomly put them on
ok there are totaly different than what we do here. it is more than of a show than a ceremony, while here (the brits :P) we have the artist sitting at tables looking all sociable, at the grammys its set out like show…audience. while this isnt a bad thing. you can fit more people in i guess, i just like the whole sociable thing better. but thats just me.

ok onto the awards. HUNDREDS of them, at least 20 or so different types of music from classical to rap to rock. each with lots of awards in them.

well i was watching this and suddenly for Best Hard Rock Performance…. Velvet Revolver

then there was a tsuami appeal performance, by Velvet revolver (slash and dave on guitar, duff bass, matt drums) on instruments, Scott, Bono, Stevie Wonder, Nora Jones, Steve Tyler, Alicia Keys and Tim McGraw where all on vocals… and it was pretty good… a strange song but i enjoyd it at 2am last night. and slash was playing a 12 string which looks heavy and strange. :p
